To provide and sync your account and progress across devices; to operate subscriptions and billing (via Stripe); to power leaderboards (using your handle or a shortened name); to improve and secure the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers that run the Service on our behalf: our database host (Neon), hosting/analytics (Vercel), payments (Stripe), and AI generation (Anthropic, for question generation requests). Each processes data under its own terms. We may disclose data if required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication/session management only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your data while your account is active. Data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure and protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and other safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your account, by emailing us. Depending on your location (e.g., EEA/UK), you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

The Service is intended for adults preparing for professional certifications and is not directed to children under 16.
